MEET TO DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT

Before we begin any project, we always meet with you to discuss your vision, take measurements, and gather all the necessary information to provide you with a detailed and accurate project quote. Are you working with a designer? We’d love to chat with them too!

PROVIDE A DETAILED ESTIMATE

After we meet, we’ll prepare your quote and contract, including a detailed scope of work, an estimated project timeline, project fees, and a breakdown of the finish materials you’ll need to help you plan your budget.

PROJECT KICK-OFF

Before the project start date, you’ll receive a project document outlining all the details related to your renovation, so you know exactly what to expect. We’ll get the permits and sub-contractors lined up and ensure everyone is on the same page for your project.

PROJECT COMPLETION

At the end of your project, we’ll take pictures, do a final review for quality assurance, and remove all materials and garbage so you can move into your freshly renovated space the same day we leave. And, our support doesn’t end when your project does; we’re pleased to provide a two-year warranty on all workmanship.

  • We are back. Another repeat customer of ZenTree Construction. We didn’t think we needed anything else done in the house after all the expert craftmanship and so many rooms restored over the last 5 years and 5 projects ranging from a single room to an entire floor by Chris and Jake. However, once ZenTree improves one space in your home then you want them to improve all the spaces in your home. This time it was replacing the tile in a bathroom and removing the carpet in the upstairs hallway and bedroom and replacing it with tile.   • Embarking on a full kitchen renovation for newbies can be very daunting. However, ZenTree Construction made it a very enjoyable experience (despite not having a kitchen for 5 weeks). Chris gave us detailed plans, with timelines and cost prior to beginning our project. He set up all subcontractors who were all excellent. He was calm, very patient and answered all of our questions(I had a lot!) along the way. He was very accommodating and helpful when unsure of subtle additions or changes we were contemplating. Jake, who was part of Chris's team was also very meticulous and took pride in his work. They were very pleasant to have in our home and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each work day. Watching the transformation was such a joy. The finished product was no different. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Thank you to ZenTree Construction for helping to make our dream kitchen happen!   • Chris and Jake took 90 sq feet of non-functional, crumbling bathroom space and transformed it into two beautiful bathrooms - a 3-piece ensuite and a 3-piece main floor bathroom. This involved tasks such as wall building, tiling, installation, painting and coordinating with electrical and plumbing contractors. Chris provided a detailed work plan and budget well ahead of time and he and Jake both answered all questions patiently and fully. Their work and their care for the rest of our living spaces was exemplary. The combination of a patient and knowledgeable designer and an exemplary construction team resulted in functional and beautiful new spaces we will enjoy for years to come.
